Your health system is so expensive because it contains far too many marketing executives, salesmen, lawyers and accountants. The whole system has been repurposed by these groups to support them rather than deliver health care. They have succeeded in lobbying for laws that raise barriers to entry and now reap the ensuing economic rent available only to cartels and monopolies. The result is a self perpetuating expensive and highly inequatable ‘health system’ that is bleeding users and taxpayers dry.

This isn’t rules based capitalism at work, it is extortion pure and simple. Maybe you need another Teddy Roosevelt to bust these new trusts.
