    Good morning Vagabonds

“Sunshine, on my shoulder makes me happy”

Nice sunny morning here in the NEK. Forecast: mostly sunny, late day T-storms.

Rita, how did the time lapse photos come out yesterday?

Maybe I get to the lawn today, it’s getting shaggy again.

    Have a nice all, later.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Check out my Facebook page for a photo I took using the eclipse glasses over the lens of my camera. I used it as a cover photo. (For those who don’t know, I’m Jan Cross) That was when it was almost at the maximum here.

We had quite a rain storm yesterday afternoon, and it pretty much sprinkled all night. There’s something comforting about the patter of rain on the roof. Of course it’s a lot noisier inside the RV. This morning we had a squirrel on the roof, with the cats dancing attendance inside, running back and forth following the sound of little feet. When I first woke up, I thought the silly squirrel was almost in bed with us!

I had planned to head back to Tahoe today to take some photographs, but with the rain, I think I’ll wait.

    Rita, have a safe trip.

    Everyone have a blessed day.

    Good afternoon Vagabonds.

Sunny and hot right now. Are supposed to have showers later tonight and early tomorrow morning.

I don’t know about all of you people but the eclipse here was kind of a washout. No big deal. When we looked there was only a small part of the sun covered and it didn’t get any darker. Just a normal day. After reading the paper about all the people who watched it, you would have thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Rita: Have a great and safe trip and may the lord be with you.I will put you on the prayer line.

    This applies to all.

religion is completely inappropriate in a public forum populated by all sorts of people, many of whom don’t share your beliefs…
