Sadly, not close to me. all three of the ones I used to go to closed during Covid and never reopened. Two of the ones the next town over closed permanently as well so they only have a Golden Corral now. With eating out becoming so expensive I doubt we’ll have any new openings in the near future.

When All-You-Can-Eat buffets were still a thing I would always stay 10 ft. behind her.

    That’s me as well.

To make sure that person was never me I installed a louder flasher relay. It’s too annoying to ignore.

I was happy to read that the younger generations aren’t falling for that diamond hoax these days as more and more birthstone wedding rings and personal preferences are becoming the norm. I avoided it accidentally when I presented my wife with my grandmother’s emerald engagement ring. She showed it off to everyone whether she knew them or not. If anyone ever breaks the grip of the diamond cartel, we will see just how plentiful and cheap diamonds really are.

Yes, he did. The falsification of legal business records (a misdemeanor) is used to obfuscate and interfere with an election becomes a major criminal act under NY state law. These things are known so really this trial is about proving intent which is starting to look like a slam dunk. Based on your posts I know you knew this but will throw the grenade anyway. This is what stupid people and cultists do.

I felt like Alice falling down the rabbit hole while listening to the oral arguments given by tRumps attorneys. Their arguments of what constituted official duties and how he couldn’t be tried twice for the same crimes because he’s had already been tried once (the second impeachment) by the Senate, were so convoluted and absolutely insane and yet the Supremes treated their arguments as reasonable. I suggest that since Congress refuses to do anything about them, we just ignore anything the Supremes say or do and go on with the business of governing without them until the fascists and theocrats among them die off. It refreshes one with information on what’s really in those “fruit” drinks. You could always squeeze or juice your own but at today’s prices for fresh produce you might have to first take out a 2nd or 3rd mortgage.

Yeah, there’s still a few of these around. Apparently, facts and vaccines that have literally saved millions from dying from a pandemic still don’t convince them and now these nutjobs are bringing back outbreaks of mumps, chickenpox and measles. Who’d have ever imagined the richest nation on Earth would be populated with so many stupid people?

They wouldn’t be the QOP if they could learn.
