Reminds me of a Farside from long ago. The human is telling the dog “wait for it, wait for it”, and the dog’s thought bubble says “that’s it; I’m going to kill him”.
On the HB scale, the equivalent of a #2 is an HB. A #3 would be an H, which is a bit hard for a writing pencil, but not impossible if it’s what you have.
I do have a set of drawing pencils that goes all the way from 10B (very soft and dark) to 10H (ridiculously hard and light). I rarely use anything harder than a 2H (#4 equivalent).
Only slightly younger than you and I mostly listen to classical music, Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Rameau, others. If I want some more modern music I might go with Satie, Debussy, even Prokofiev or Stravinsky. Or some jazz.
I also like individual tunes from various types of modern pop music. I don’t tell other people what to like. But it is annoying when you can’t get away from what other people like in public spaces, particularly when it’s very loud.
I vaguely remember one of the Democratic candidates, during the 1992 primaries, referring to Bill Clinton as “Pander Bear”.
