   It’s pretty common to use an artist’s rendering or a fuzzy security camera image to find suspects, but it’s very strange in this case because I think they have a positive match with her mugshot.

   That’s normally spelled “toonies” and people complained a lot when they replaced the $2 paper money that it was going to put holes in their pockets. I’m not sure that is an actual problem. I don’t normally have more than two at any time because any more than that would normally involve a $5 bill.
