He probably knew it, but, remember when he was debating Hilary, and she nailed him on not paying taxes? She asked what that made him, and in a heartbeat, he proclaimed, “That makes me SMART!” He equates cheating with intelligence, because he knows he has a learning disability (look at all his childish mistakes – he thought stealth airplanes actually became invisible when the pilot pressed a button), and thinks if he can cheat on his wives, taxes, business partners, etc. it makes him smarter than all those better educated people.
