I enjoy them both. They are separate genres of fantasy. Star Trek is “Future Earth”, while Star Wars is “Alternate Reality”.

Somewhat. There is definitely a difference between their “On air persona” and real life, but again I might have caught them on an off-day. Of course that was about 30 yrs ago and my memory isn’t what it used to be.
