I think most people will do well if they listen to their body signals. This plan works well for me without making me feel stressed. If yours works for you, by all means, go for it!
I suppose it might be hard on the kidneys if I didn’t drink water. With this plan I never go hungry, because I have permission to eat at any time of the day. Since I’m not ever starving myself, no strain on the kidneys should be expected.
Some people say puns are the lowest form of humor, but that is incorrect. Knock-Knock jokes are. (except for the occasional, very clever ones, which I enjoy a lot.)
The doctors say that weight loss comes from diet much more than exercise (about 3 to 1 times the effect for diet). I have switched from eating only until I’m not hungry, instead of eating until I’m full. If I get hungry before the next meal, I eat again, until I’m not hungry again. I’ve lost 15 pounds over the last month and a a half.
Don’t be too hasty, there’s still six months before the elections, and we might catch a miracle (or a nightmare).
