The bond was reduced by the Appellate Division, not the Court of Appeals.

Is the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division “owned” by “Q-MAGA”?

Until something more than a “request” is shown, I’ll have to say the suites [sic] are baseless.

Both the district court and the Fifth Circuit concluded otherwise. We shall see what the Supreme Court concludes.

There is an article titled “Murthy v. Missouri” at Wikipedia that could answer your questions.

Another question would be, what exactly was the “pressure”, and how was it applied?

I suspect that all your questions could be answered by reading the briefs filed by the parties in the Supreme Court. See also the article titled “Supreme Court to hear free speech case over government pressure on social media sites to remove content” at CBS News.

The “plaintiff” in the case was the State of New York, not the purported “victims” of the “fraud.” Hence, the judgment was entered in favor of that plaintiff. There is an article titled “Judgement” at Wikipedia. Maybe reading that will help you understand.
