One of the grim truths of a DNR is there is no time to check whether a person has one before deciding whether or not to start chest compressions. If you go to find out, you have already made the decision not to resuscitate because time is so essential. That’s why people with especially strong feelings on the subject sometimes get medical alert bracelets to advertise it or even have their wishes tattooed on their chests — although even that isn’t a guarantee. In the end, it’s the people around you when you collapse who will do their best to decide for you. That’s just reality.
Very much a self-own. “Women who don’t want men will be weeded out because no man will have anything to do with them!” It’s the dating equivalent of “you can’t fire me, I quit!” These people honestly think the only thing women could possibly want in life is them. They cannot imagine women wanting anything else out of life, and fail to see that this very attitude is why women don’t want anything to do with them.
I just want to say that is a very lovely rendering of the aurora. The colors are beautiful! Thank you, Clay!
