I have a similar problem. It’s many years since I regularly used an alarm clock. Now, if I use one for a special occasion (most recently a dental appointment), I am kept awake by recursive worrying about getting enough sleep.
I wonder how that works. Do the three brains ‘vote’ on what to do? Do they communicate with each other? Are three brains better than one? Do they resent being deprived of their previous bodies, and if so how to they express that resentment?
