I would do anything to see them both take the same cognitive or pretty much any other test for that matter, unless it’s about how to get away with crimes. Trump clearly has dementia. Biden’s only problem is that for his entire life he has had a mild stuttering issue. It has nothing to do with cognitive ability, and it’s no worse than it’s ever been.
Oh and by the way he’s also a psychopath, or at minimum has a textbook case of malignant narcissism aka NPD according to about a zillion psychologists.
