Sorry I don’t get this one.
I get it, but it isn’t funny. When the ghost eats pac man in the game, his head disappears the way it’s shown in the panels.
So, will he come back as a brightly colored blob?
The film “Silent Movie” with Dom DeLouise and Mel Brooks had a scene like this where the character played by Sid Cesar was in the hospital — they wonder what some knobs are for and end up playing “pong”… didn’t help the guys health any..
