We had a lovely round of lightning last night. Too far away to have heard anything, but lovely to look at. Woke up to everything wet. Lovely.

I finally get my hair cut today. I had to put the appointment off because of our big trip. We weren’t sure when we’d be back. So………I’ll be human again!
My Tuesdays just got a lot less busy. My evening bible study has been cancelled until further notice. The teacher’s work schedule has changed and he now works in the evenings. Sigh. Ah, well. The prayer group never misses and today the card game will go on.
We’re in the midst of a cooling trend. We aren’t supposed to get over 108 for the next ten days, and usually around 102. For us that’s a break in the heat. Yesterday would have been a record – 10 straight days over 110, but it only got up to 109. I can tell the difference inside the RV. At 105 it only gets up to a little over 80 in here, and that I can handle.
Rita, I know what you mean about the hair cut. It seems like its okay until suddenly one day it isn’t. Then you fret about it until you get a chance to cut it again.
