1. With one hand, close to the back of the mouth like you’re going to cover his eyes, press his upper lips against his teeth. (He’ll open his mouth to avoid biting them and he won’t bite down during step 2.).
2. With your other hand / finger, push the pill down past the back of his tongue, then quickly hold his mouth shut and rub his throat to induce swallowing..
