Her date probably started out listening to her, but shut down after an hour of non-stop prattle from Chatty Kathie.
Eno went up on the roof to get away from her, but she won’t stop blabbering.

While Eno was on the roof (not) listening, he managed to change from yellow to blue shorts and back to yellow. Musta been a loooooong, boring 1 sided conversation.
It’s not exclusive to men. Most people just love to hear themselves talk. I can’t help but tone out. And I have replied very close to his response. =P
