This reminds me of one of the funniest “those ain’t my drugs” bits I ever saw on “Cops”. I can’t remember exactly how it went, but it was something like:
Guy gets stopped and searched, and drugs are found in his wallet in his pants…
“These ain’t my pants.”
“That ain’t my wallet.”
“I don’t know how that got there. Somebody musta put it there…”
