The best defense against aging, is playing with the grandchildren, siphoning off a little of their you as you do so. With 16 grandchildren and many more grand nieces/nephews, I plan on living forever, and still not looking much over 40.
I divorced my first wife because her life was basically practicing for Middle Age (which requires literally zero practice). My motto was and is “avoiding an ordinary life”.
