How many of YOUR friends are girls?

I’m reminded of what Courtney Leishman said when he was asked if he preferred coaching the women’s team.

Hmmm… “What’s the matter, don’t you like girls?”

Because they are obviously cooler than you, cuz.

Because he’s smart.

Because he’s lucky?

I got asked that in college a lot.

I note how Dean keeps some distance when he’s with Heart and Kat, while he and Charlotte are pretty much on top of each other, hands on shoulders. So the chemistry and rapport between them must have been developing nicely behind the scenes.

Kat is totally crushing on him.

Dean’s gay (and as Jerry Seinfeld says, not that there’s anything wrong with that).

I never got along with the boys in my class so my closest friends were all girls starting from about grade 5 until the present point in my adult life.

Actually that’s a very good question.

The answer to this question, now and for all time, is “Jealous?”
