Well… there’s a slight difference. The other guy Claire is having lunch with is a former co-worker she ran into. If what Sammi says is true, then it seems Paul met this woman and asked her out for dinner. If it were lunch with a co-worker from his lab, Claire probably wouldn’t be upset.
