When I got this morning the first thing I noticed was coating of frost on the windows, the yard light from across the road showed me that. When I put the lights on a squinted at the t-mometer, 8 degrees. Think I’ll go swimming later. (^.^) Cloudy with snow showers and a high of 21.
How was your MLK day? Mine went by like any other I guess, the only thing that was difference was I didn’t go to the post office.
I went 15 rounds with the snowblower yesterday, oh my that’s a hard driveway to work with, this year more so.
So much for my trials and tribulations. All y’all have a great day and may the Lord hold you near.
Another pretty day today, blue skies & sunshine. The weather channel has downgraded our high to 59 rather than low 60’s, but starting tomorrow it’s supposed to get there.
I finished up the laundry early for some reason and worked on the rug some more while I was watching “Back to the Future” with Michael. We just watched the episode of “The Movies That Made Us” featuring BTTF and got inspired to watch the movie itself.
We watched part of the Silver Knights hockey game. We came in late and it was 4-1. We left when it was 6-2 and there was 10 more minutes to play. At least the Knights broke their “drought”. These were the first goals they had scored in about 4 games.
Prayer group this morning was awesome as always. It is always such a privilege and pleasure to spend time with the Lord and other believers.
I stopped at Target on the way home to spend my $10 gift card. I needed some scotch magic tape and the 3 pack was 9.99 plus tax. So “perfect”.
