I have a similar problem with my phone. Always hitting the wrong buttons. (How do kids do it with just thumbs?) Will the phone be broken when he throws it down in frustration?
I bought my granddaughter-in-law a phone for Christmas. My great-grandson dropped in the toilet and now she’s mad because I bought her a “cheap” phone. Go figure.
My first smartphone was Palm Centro. That little thing is still my favorite. It was followed by a Blackberry – not as good, but okay. This was followed by a Samsung Android – I was okay with this. It was fairly new when I when told by cell phone co that I had to switch – it was a 4G but service for it was discontinued when they stopped service to 3G phones.
I now have a Motorola – it is the phone from heck!! Husband had told me that it would all be the same as the Samsung – no, I can’t use any of the apps I had before. I have gotten persnickety as I aged and I want things to look the same. I don’t want icon pictures in my calendar. It never seems to want to work with me.
I still keep all 4 phones updated with calendar and contacts. I sync the Palm with Lotus Organizer as it was the best calendar/organizer I have used and use the Palm as a PDA around the house. Husband installed a virtual XP machine in my laptop and in my desktop computers so I can continued to sync these two.
Oh – also – if I do not position the Motorola exactly right in my hand it is so big that it falls off the back of my hand!!

I think they just change the “key” words.

Usually it’s due to Fat Finger wrong entries on adjacent keys.

A Non-Issue if you only use the Phone … as a talking phone ;-)

Just like your lawn mower, you have change plugs every 25 hours.

My stepmother never got the hang of touch screens. I wouldn’t mind another round of exasperation now… :’/

At time like these, I remember the Shoe Cartoon when he hovered over his computer holding a big mallet and said – “Compute this!”
