I’m betting there’s at least one on the jury. Is it considered criminal or the American way to throw a trial?

Hey, isn’t that the same mousie-hole we’ve seen before, where BoBo Groper Boebert was aiming at Pizza Rat from the jury box?

Actually, I feel sad for the MAGA boys.

I remember, in elementary, and junior high school, and high school, we had outside and inside cafeteria kids. All with the same cliques. But they never blended. Why?

And why have we, our nation, been so horribly divisive and built up so much hatred of each other?

It makes me sad. I haven’t long to go, and it makes me sad.

We’ve seen grand jurors, judges and prosecutors receiving threats from Trumpites in other cases. I’m afraid that may happen in this case at some point… in fact, I’ll be amazed if that doesn’t happen. All it takes is one juror to vote “not guilty” for Trump to walk away unpunished.

Trump howls about ‘unconstitutional gag order’ in all-caps early morning rant

Students at numerous universities across the country, including Columbia University and UCLA, have resulted in police crackdowns and mass arrests, and the former president lamented his own fate in the New York hush money trial and then suggested in a follow-up post that the case and the demonstrations were part of a “radical left” plot.

“We cannot let this radical left, corrupt and highly conflicted New York Democrat judge interfere with the presidential election of 2024 – the most important election in the history of our country,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “The USA is truly a nation in decline! Remove the unconstitutional gag order!”

“This is a radical left revolution taking place in our country,” Trump posted. “Where is Crooked Joe Biden? Where is Governor Newscum? The danger to our country is from the left, not the right!!!”

Insane insulting arrogant criminal Trump scrambles like a monkey on a hot rock.

Trump accused of ‘trying to suck up’ to right-wing Supreme Court justices with latest rant

Donald Trump on Wednesday had some very nice words specifically for the conservative members of the Supreme Court, leading some to say the former president is seeking their favor in his case seeking absolute immunity from all charges in the criminal case stemming from the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

For our friend, Frondy, the most concise description of Donnie’s charges I’ve seen yet, from the Associated Press:

Donald Trump is charged in New York with 34 counts of falsifying business records, a felony punishable by up to four years in prison.

To convict the former president, prosecutors must show that he not only falsified or caused business records to be entered falsely, which would be a misdemeanor, but that he did so to conceal another crime, making the charges felonies.

“Another crime” is likely the violation of federal election law concerning the reporting or failure to properly report these expenditures in required FEC filings.

Trump ‘shakes head in disgust’ as his attorney agrees with Judge Merchan: court insider

During a hearing Thursday over claims Donald Trump again defied a gag order issued by the judge in his hush money trial, the former president’s lead lawyer agreed with Judge Juan Merchan — and that appeared to infuriate his client.

Lawfare’s Tyler McBrien contributed, “Merchan cuts Blanche off to point out that in certain statements, Trump went to the press, the press didn’t go to him. He quite literally could’ve gone out a different door, nobody forced Trump. ‘Judge…I agree with that,’ Blanche says defeatedly, w/ big laugh from the press.”

According to legal analyst Norm Eisen, Blanche’s response seems to have exasperated Trump.

On X, he wrote, “OMG, Blanche says ‘I agree with that’ to judge regarding one of Trump statements. Trump looks back to his coterie seated behind him (includes Epsteyn), shakes head in disgust. He always turns on his lawyers.”
