The cartoon illustrates, yet again, the lack of understanding about the region. It seems this lack exists in the Netherlands as well as the U.S. Ask a Kurd if they are an “Iraqi.” BTW anyone notice the Kurdish Constitution? It should be up for a vote soon.

De heer Van Dam fails to understand that the sign does not say «Back Home», but rather «Afghanistan»….
