Ugh, no that is not wat is going to happen, because health care is not flu vaccines being handed out. It was the government that bought it and had to supply it across the WHOLE country. The way health care is going to work is that the hospitals are going the run the EXACT SAME WAY, except they are actually going to be able to send the bill to DC, instead of sending the patients out on the street.
