PG&E: Pirates, Grafters, & Extortionists.I was a contract instructor working for them and during a meeting the site VP stated that we had the lowest electric bills in the nation (Pismo Beach and Central coastal California). The 5th highest rates but the weather was so mild most of the year that heating and cooling costs were extremely low. I wanted to call him out on that but wisely decided to keep my job instead.
