The steak probably wasn’t half of that. It’s those 3 tiny expensive martinis that jacked up the bill. I enjoy my martinis at home sooooo much more.

If he has had 3 martinis, you could order him an Everclear martini and then bill him for your time being with him. He would’t even notice.
Ii vote for option 3. I would be willing to bet his tip at Taco Bell was along the lines of “extra tomato”. I was going to say “Get a real job”, but coming from a comedian, probably wouldn’t fly.
