We have known from his ascension to the presidency that Trump HATES to read!
(remember, when asked – before being elected and before his people had quite controlled the questions being asked in interviews – what the last book he’d read was – he stammered for while and then replied with the name of a book that was assigned reading in my Junior High! It was something like “Call of the Wild” or “Moby Dick” or some such – but he clearly had no idea of what a presidential candidate SHOULD have been reading)
But even on top of that, we know that Trump really DOESN’T CARE about what happens to either our troops OR to America – all that matters to him is that he doesn’t “piss off” Putin so that he can get permission for him to start building “Trump Moscow” after he finishes screwing over America – and he’s well aware of the fact that Putin can call the hundreds of millions of dollars of notes that Putin holds of the Trump empire in at any time!
Trump is in hock to the Russian “mob” and he knows not to step on the capo di tutti i capi’s toes – or else. He knows that that’s where all the money came from to buy all his golf courses and hotels in the 1990’s and 2000’s (Eric let that little tidbit slip, long ago), and all he has to do to keep him and his family safe is anything Putin wants him to do.
This is really just “old news”, however – we knew all this even before the idiots, imbeciles and idiots in America elected him president. Hopefully there are enough “sane” people left to get rid of him in 2020, but we’ll see.
We have learned over the last few weeks that Trump can drink water with one hand, walk down a ramp, and read. He is doing very well for a 3 year old.
You can’t expect a 3 year old to deal with a deadly contagious virus, depression style unemployment, a lack of public health care and Russian bounties can you?
