Colin Powell was the one who suggested to HRC that she should use a private email server, but IOKIYAR.

The Trump children did government business with private email accounts AND servers, but again IOKIYAR.

In deciding the appropriate treatment for Trump, the judge should listen to “expert testimony” – from Trump in 2016.

He has violated so many LAWS, and admitted to violating them intentionally with his own mouth, on the record. Please get ON with it! Charge this lying, cheating, conniving lawbreaker and let’s have a trial! HE IS A PRIVATE CITIZEN NOW AND NO LONGER COVERED BY THAT PHONY “cannot indict a sitting president” BS! Let’s get this show on the road. Convict him on his own words and actions!

the destruction is a violation of the law, but in typical government fashion no penalties are attached to the violation. Then there is his flushing of documents down the toilet requiring the services of the White House plumber to unclog the drains. This shows that history while not repeating certainly rhymes – remember Nixon and his plumbers?

Hypocrisy and lies are the default settings, the established standard, and explicit practice of the Republican party. No one should be surprised at this by now. Everyone should be waving placards reading “GOP: lies and hypocrisy—standard practice.”

‘Extraordinary Double Standard’: Morning Joe Buries GOP ‘Hypocrites’ on Trump’s Document Mishandling After Hillary’s Emails

New York Times’ Maggie Haberman took the story on Trump’s questionable handling of documents to the next level today as she teased her upcoming book about Trump: Confidence Man. Previews from Axios note that Trump had a habit of ripping up documents, but most bizarrely, Haberman says White House staffers occasionally found wads of printed paper clogging a toilet, which were supposedly flushed by the ex-president.

Morning Joe broke down all of this with Kurt Bardella, who recently penned an op-ed connecting the news to the Republican outrage over Clinton’s emails years ago. Bardella observed that Republicans spent years demanding investigations into Clinton, but “now they have nothing to say about this very flagrant and blatant and warped” conduct from Trump.

Investigators Find Gaps in White House Logs of Trump’s Jan. 6 Calls

The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol has discovered gaps in official White House telephone logs from the day of the riot, finding few records of calls by President Donald J. Trump from critical hours when investigators know that he was making them.

The call logs obtained by the committee document who was calling the White House switchboard, and any calls that were being made from the White House to others. Mr. Trump had a habit throughout his presidency of circumventing that system, making it far more difficult to discern who he was communicating with.

Early in the last administration, someone tried to see if he could hack Trump’s unsecured cellphone, since he used it so much for government business. When he found that he could, he reported it to the White House, and they did nothing. After a week, he told a news agency, and, when it became public knowledge, they finally secured his cellphone.

Also, he insisted on using Twitter (and only twitter) for official announcements, then blocked those he didn’t like from accessing it, until the Courts told him that he had to allow everybody to access it.

Fox news host shut down for telling the truth.

Fox News Guest Shut Down For Pointing Out Most Canadians Are Vaccinated and Most Truckers Oppose Protests

To support her argument, Fink pointed out that 90 percent of the truckers were vaccinated and did not support the protest.

“This is a minority, a loud and vocal minority of truckers that have protested this — they are borrowing a page from the teamster’s playbook. But I would say be very careful. You have to have the public on your side,” Fink warned.

While the show’s cohosts shook their heads and host Harris Faulkner tried to interject, “I am gonna stop you,” Fink continued, saying:

More than 80% of Canadians are vaccinated, similar numbers in the U.S. If you don’t have the public on your side you can’t get away with inconveniencing them, stopping small businesses, and really throwing a wrench in things for your minority opinion and cause. I would say to be successful they better be aware of the public and what the public thinks and what other truckers think.

Hillary endured an 11 hour senate testimony (in public, in front of cameras) and didn’t take the 5th a single time. TFG toadies “testifying” in front of the Jan 6 commission are taking the 5th to nearly every question posed to them.

What does their dear leader say about this? “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the 5th?”

    ’nuff said….

Cartoon is bi-political. Change elephants to donkeys and have silent donkeys expressing “crickets” in Hillary’s pane and donkeys screaming “lock him up” in Trump’s pane. Makes the same amount of sense and helps to further divide us.

if the majority of Americans are still gullible enough to think that Trump really cares about them and our constitution and he wins in 2024 than we deserve to lose our country, our freedom, and our happiness to Putin, Kim Jung-un, or XI-Jinping since Trump is in a love relationship with all 3.
