They will cross again because they are facing each other.
Trouble is a-brewing … one issues the superglue, the other the hardener.
Two snails of the same species will mate upon meeting. They are hermaphrodites and will exchange sperm. Soon there will be thousands of baby snails, where are the French when you really need them.
It may be a couple of months until we know if they get past each other.
There will be trouble, in about a week.
