Well I guess that’s what you get when an egotistical blowhard seizes power illegally and thinks he’s the new dictator.

First off, there was a full set of updates that posted late yesterday afternoon, so any faithful followers may want to scroll down a bit further than usual to catch the latest developments. But here’s the poop on the classics updates for the 22nd:
For Chicago in the 30s, you would have had Marshall Field’s as the fancy department store, with a year-round toy section and a seasonal Santa. Sears Roebuck and Montgomery Ward likely had their own Santa, while I’m not sure about forgotten discount retail store “The Fair”. In any case, Corky’s going downtown to sit on Santa’s lap!
The Chief of the Kyutes is going out for a drive, while the men of Fort Chaos are taking the day for some artillery practice – with a bang and a boom!
Basil is kind enough to leave Brenda a note which expresses his undying love for our Starr. If they ever meet again.
For being Clovia’s fiancee and new heir apparent at the garage, it’s getting less apparent now that they may be hiring Stubbs as well, though it could be a move just to light a fire under the motivationally-challenged Kid.
You cant change a town name that easily. You have to petition the state and get approval. Plus if this was ram rodded through the people can demand the state step in and prevent the change

Really dragging this out considering we already know that nothing will change by the end of it.
