Summers missed the part about there being NO crime and NO intention to commit any crime.

What the report said is that because Biden cooperated and it was probably an honest mistake not even made by Biden, there was no case to answer unlike trump. Dana, you are not being in the least bit honest.

Nowhere in that report did it state or even imply that President Biden was unfit to stand trial.

The report never said Biden was incapable of standing trial; it said he would likely not be found guilty by a jury. Trump’s actions have been put before multiple juries and each time he has been found guilty. I just wanted to point out that minor difference.

Let me get this straight… trump is incapable of telling the truth, but capable to lead the country?

The Hur report concluded that Biden’s mishandling of documents were crimes, some of those instances are felonies. He also recommended that trying him for these crimes was a waste of time as who would convict a dottering old man with limited mental capacity. It is the media and many of the public who have questioned his ability to be president if he has these mental issues.

Former President Donald Trump’s criminal fraud case in New York has been confirmed for a March 25 trial date, CNN reported on Thursday.

Special Counsel Robert Hur, in his report on President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents, didn’t call Biden a criminal. Nor did he say Biden was incompetent for trial or mentally unfit for office.

Hur found evidence that Biden willfully retained classified documents. Hur declined to prosecute, saying a conviction was unlikely for several reasons, including that jurors might be sympathetic to a “well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur is a partisan hack who was not supposed to make political lies in the report.

Anti democracy Republican bullies and liars abuse everything.

Even Putin told Tucker that Biden would be a better president than crazy criminal Trump.

Once again, for the cheap seats — there was no ruling that Biden is incapable of standing trial. The ruling was that he did not commit an offense that would merit a criminal conviction. This is not a complicated distinction, but some persistent misinformation is out there.

Didn’t Biden resort to plagiarism many years ago when he could not come up with his own thoughts? Worked for him then. Created a pattern.
