He’s had too much time to transfer the assets to his kids. I just hope they stiff him and he ends up in jail where he should have been put years ago.

    Letitia James —

“I’m automatically attracted to assets. I just start seizing them. It’s like a magnet. I just seize them. I don’t even wait.

“And when you’re the attorney general, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by his Trump Tower. You can do anything.”

Stinky’s about to find out that his BS could only take him so far. His financial house of cards is about to come tumbling down. It was inevitable, though. It’s like what happens when a child at the beach builds a sand castle on the very edge of the water just before the tide is about to come in.

The major security risk for the U.S. and the world is that Trump is now a presidential candidate for sale to the highest bidder! Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Korea… any of them could own us through Trump without lobbing a single bomb! It’s too easy and we’re letting it happen!

Dear Fern Spores, I’ve just read through the comment chain you started. It must seem like its you against the world. We’ll I’m not here to criticize you in any way. I truly want to help you. Your comments make you sound like you support Trump blindly. Doncouldn’t do that. He’s a monster. He absolutely doesn’t care about you at all. If you went to his rally and a fight broke out you could be killed and Trump couldn’t care less. He is using you every way he can. For your own mental health you need to seriously think about where you are on Trump. Right now you just look foolish. Don’t make it worse by continuing to sing his “praises”. Trump is the head of the biggest crime family in America. You need to get right with America. Read the Constitution. Support Democracy, not fascism. I hope you turn your self around before before you vote for IT.

Letitia James is vindictive and self centered, but certainly not the law. Her Trump obsession has nothing to do with justice. It is very disappointing that her self proclaimed vendetta is allowed legal resources.

New York has become the Russia of the east, political hatred, turn this state and country into a banana republic. Or worse, that’s what they do in Russia, North Korea, China. Fairness, this is not justice. This is criminal behavior by the state.

I know Donny feels the law doesn’t apply to him, that’s what he is (and the members of the cult) upset over. Asset seizure is common. Checked it on the FBI site:

“Asset ForfeitureAsset forfeiture is a powerful tool used by law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, against criminals and criminal organizations to deprive them of their ill-gotten gains through seizure of these assets.

History of Asset ForfeitureAsset forfeiture has its roots in the ancient practice by governments to defend against piracy through the seizure of vessels and contraband.

Today it is used to disrupt, dismantle, and deter those who prey on the vulnerable for financial gain, including criminal organizations, drug dealers, terrorists, and white-collar criminals.

Why Does the FBI Use Asset Forfeiture? To punish criminalsTo deter illegal activityTo disrupt criminal organizationsTo remove the tools of the trade from criminalsTo return assets to victimsTo protect communities”

How tone-deaf can you get? This fund-raising appeal from Donald Trump Jr. tries to portray himself as a little lad from a now-threatened humble country cottage, where he had SO MUCH in common with the average working person that he’s hitting up for more bucks: “After denying my father the right to a trial by jury, the radical New York Attorney General Tish James is threatening to have the government seize the home I grew up in – Trump Tower.”

the orange blob’s argument on the fraud charges seems to be this: “Sure I got a loan on the cheap, but I paid it off, so we’re OK” to expand on that theory “Sure I robbed the package store, but I’m a good customer and they got it all back in trade, so we’re good.”

I’m betting on the blob going for some kinda bankrupt maneuver Monday. Second choice, he fakes his own death. Third possibility, he makes Eric take the fall.

the blob’s russki wife, Maleficent , came out of hiding the other day, well, it looked like her. Maybe she’s been home with her uncle Vlad, to help with his election?

Aw the aegis is failing and the agent provocateur was caught in the involvement and even his tractable minion’s surfeit stench is overwhelmed by snollygoster’s sophism rodomontade showing once again he is nothing but poppycock on the floor.

While we get varying degrees of schadenfreude seeing him getting his just deserts and those retorts some seek to support his mythomaniac myth empire Hopefully the final outcome will end the fabricated fantasy land and the judge smiles thinking strikhedonia saying pay, go to jail or turnover all assets involved in this fraud

In short, the New York law intends to prevent fraudulent property values from distorting the loan market, to the disadvantage of “honest” borrowers. The law has existed since 1956, and whatever its merits, Donnie was surely aware of its existence and ramifications. He’s just not the kind of guy who plays by the rules.

That’s why he should never hold public office again.

When people lie in financial filings, they erode the required faith in the system for commerce to flourish. Abuses included Enron, Bernie Madoff, The Wolf of Wall Street, and banks underwriting mortgages without verifying income then selling off the liabilities. No harm done? The vast majority of those loans are still outstanding! We also all got screwed by T not paying taxes. Screw the insurance companies, what happens? They raise rates on EVERYONE.

I find it insanely funny that in a ’toon about Letitia, 45, and his assets, Fern of the Oobleck Clan has managed to delve once again into its favored topic: Drag Queens entertaining children. I have seen some pretty far out deflections, but this one needs a trophy of some kind. I guess you stick with what you think you know (fantasize about?) and cherish.

@Jack7528 “you got them where you want them” another delusional statement. Fern of the Oobleck Clan is one of the few here that seems to have very limited debating skills AND when proven wrong, merely sidesteps to a new deflection. It’s almost non-sensical—especially when the deflection is also wrong as well. I would hardly consider that “winning”, but I guess our worlds are quite different.
