It took the president coming down with coronavirus for Ramirez to show any sympathy for the other seven million plus who got sick due to Trump’s malfeasance.

Now let’s follow up the sympathy with a real science based plan to break the back of COVFEFE-45 including masks and social distancing. Otherwise we’ll see the fatalities spike much higher as we head into the winter season when respiratory illnesses run rampant in normal years. Only 6% of deaths had no comorbity or risk factor. Herd immunity is being limited by masks and distancing. Vaccine not available yet. To achieve herd immunity it’s time to open everything up to those not at risk but keep those at risk safe by limiting their exposure.

“Prayers” is good. “Thoughts”, too. Of course neither is anywhere near effective compared to what we could have been doing and should have been doing. But “thoughts and prayers” do have the benefit of being traditional, which means conservatives are all on board with that. Almost sad that #3 is getting treatment that is so much more effective than T and P… but I’m sure it’s no more than he thinks he deserves.

And his followers are driving by the hospital honking their horns. There are sick people in there. They don’t need you making noise or him taking an ego trip around.

Yeah, Ramirez wants prayers for all sufferers, not just The Messiah.
