Hey teddy, out of the mouth of your godman – oranges, anamomous, furniture, Tim Apple, Mike Pounce, Yosa-Mite, Nambia, Thighland, disinfectant, tested positively towards negative, one of the wetest we have seen from the standpoint of water, world war two, the United schtates………..the orange one is doing his best to catch up to the number of lies spewed, and the world laughs.
Of course Trump’s “Bloodbath” comment was taken out of context. Or him confusing what his ex-wife and victim in his trial looks like. Noooo Dementia there. No Sireee. Just “Context”.
Ted, there are times I agree with your ’toons, but you really have it IN for Biden. Despite his faults (they ALL have them), our choice this November will be one of two; too-far-to-the Left and too far to the Right. To me, the extremes of the repubs, being led by Trump and the Billionaire-Investor class is the greater danger to those of us who work and just want to live, without being gouged by the B-I class. The repubs exercise their corruption in plain view, with a straight face, in contempt of ALL OF US. My choice is clear. I wish you would create some ’toons about the immense, obscene wealth accumulated by the B-I class ever since Reagan began his “trickle-down” economic policies.
I read an article recently that said that although Biden, at age 81, has some of the memory lapses typical of someone older, his faculties are compeletely intact and his political insticts are as good as ever. Trump has memory lapses, plus he goes off on tangents and proposes “yuge” new ideas in speeches, right off the top of his head. What the right doesn’t seem to understand is that, like Hitler in the 30s, (the guy the right thought they could control before he murdered literally MILLIONS of people), Trump is unhinged and unpredictable and could do stuff even the right doesn’t like, if he is allowed the kind of power he is wanting.
I don’t agree with Rall as often as I disagree, but I never doubt his sincerity, and he is never hypocritical about his politics. He supports neither Trump nor Biden. I think dementia is a touchy subject for Rall. So, it will always evoke this theme in his comics.
It’s refreshing to see some on the left acknowledge Biden’s serious cognitive decline. Many are still in denial and attack anyone who tells the truth, see the comments here.
Thanks Ted for standing up.
There is no way dementia Joe will last another term.
Joe’s (alleged) dementia won’t matter.. so long as he is breathing Joe is a safer president than the alternative candidate. Seriously, have the anti Joe people bothered to listen to trump speak.. Trump is is a psycho, seriously.. listen to him.
Liberal should have learned by now that American Presidential elections are likely a choice between a undesirable candidate and a truly evil candidate: Humphrey-Nixon, Carter-Reagan, Mondale-Reagan, Gore-Bush, Clinton-trump, Biden-trump (x2). In every election liberals thought that if they did not vote for the undesirable candidate and if the truly evil candidate won, the American voter would be so repulsed they would vote for a progressive candidate next election-didn’t happen. It is likely when you were 8 and given a choice between green beans and asparagus. There may be three Supreme Court vacancies in the next four years. trump has pledged to “MAKE” Americans pray (Christian of course, likely Protestant) do we want a Court that will back him up?
We watched the State of the Union Address, and we’ve watched Trump’s incoherent rants. We have working eyes, ears, and brains. Trump’s decline has been palpable.
OK, the Democrats don’t have a golden ticket for the 2024 campaign. I was worried about Biden’s age four years ago and voted for him mostly because there was no “none of the above”. I have been pleasantly surprised that he has done a good job. His State of the Union address compared to Trump’s inability to remember names etc make it clear that worrying about his age is misplaced.
I would prefer that Biden was younger, or that there was another candidate as good who was younger. But When you are drowning and can grab a rock or a life preserver, you don’t wait for a boat.
I wonder how many pundits take ‘Prevagen’. Nootropics are used to improve memory, focus, mental energy, and problem-solving skills. The demand for nootropics comes from 73 million baby boomers, also college students, investment bankers, career-minded individuals and even busy moms.
Wow. Ted tells the obvious truth that Biden is as senile as the day is long despite valiant attempts to keep him drugged up to the eyeballs (you notice how he never blinks?) and the echo chamber erupts. I think the cartoon will be prescient as the dems will pull the old switcheroo before the election. This old dog won’t hunt.
Read the transcript. What actually happened is not that different from the way many recall the past. Frankly I have difficulty remember the exact year certain events happen, including the death of close family members and my own brushes with ill health (even if i can often remember the season, month or day). For this reason I long ago made a chronological list of my moves, changes in jobs, different apartments, etc. Helps with filling out resumes.
